Great customer service, the only thing I did not like when the lady gave me my room key she said the room number out loud, lucky no one was in the lobby besides security however that’s a turn off for me but other than that little mistake she & everything was great!

The rudeness of the attendant... I honestly felt/feel as good if we were being judged. First was told they didn't take my card then he decided to run the card anyways which let me know it was accepted in the first place .... Instead of being polite after running the card he says no smoking in my rooms as if we don't know there were no smoking policies when the room was booked off of booking. Really felt as if he looked at my fiance and passed judgement..
