My clothes were stolen from the laundry room. The staff didn't even pretend to act concerned.They refused to even to review the cameras that were located in the laundry room right above where my clothes were. The staff at the desk lied to me 3 times

The best part was leaving, I couldn't even stay it was so nasty.

I want my money back. That was the nastiest most disgusting room I have even seen. The lobby where you check in smelled like urine, the receptionist was rude. They gave us a room that hadn't even been cleaned. Dirty rags left in the shower, mirrors with scum build up, floor hadn't been swept or mopped. Trash on the floor, the bed was disgusting, brown stuff on the pillows, sheets were not washed, and there was dirt and trash in the bed. Went and asked to exchange the room, or to have it cleaned. She was even nastier this time to us and refused to exchange our room and tried to lie and say they didn't have anyone there to clean the room when there were 3 maids on duty. She told me to go on the website and get a refund because it wasn't her problem. This was the worst experience I have ever has. And that woman was awful to the customers. I will NEVER stay with this company again. Tjey do not care for their customers or even acknowledge the photos that were taken, that woman was aweful. Worst customer service ever. If they had a 0 for rating that still would not be low enough for how badly this experience was.
