Negatives: Very poor room condition! The plaster on the ceiling was off and just painted over. Floors were very dirty! Only one very small trash can in the room. Must go to office to get clean towels! We had one hand towel for our entire stay! The beds were VERY hard and uncomfortable! When I mentioned to the front desk, I was told that’s the first they’ve heard of that!

Negatives: The front office staff are amazing! However the environment is horrible so many thugs hanging out, the rooms are half way clean, the elevator had a loud odor as if someone is using it as a restroom, there is paint trying to cover up mold, the room door deadbolt was broken, and most of the beds are broken. I did have to request another room which honestly wasn’t any better other than the door being able to lock. The office did their best to try and accommodate me as a guest, however I do understand that the safety and upkeep of this place is just out of their control.. SO TO THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE PLEASE DO BETTER!!! you have a great staff so please clean and remodel this place because you are definitely making the money to do so.

Negatives: The whole time no housekeeper came to my room to refresh or give towel . I had to go to front desk everyday. Otherwise stay was ok

Negatives: It was very cold in the room the heat did not work. We was only staying for the night came to Atlanta to shop and we didn't feel like driving 4 hours home. It needs a lot of updating. It smelled like feet. It was a waste of money. I would not stay here again.

Negatives: The room was not up to my standard. It was half clean, outdated , floor dirty, toilet was not stable and loose (broken), no house cleaning service never came to my room, I ask for towels they claimed they didn’t have any towels, and they told me that I was supposed to ask about house cleaning in the beginning when I checked in, but they never mentioned it when I was in the lobby checking in...every hotel I stayed at they automatically check on your room and see if you need towels or any cleaning unfortunately, this motel didn't.. we called to the front desk they claim they would send someone they never came. I wasn’t worried about it anymore. I straighten up my own room and didn’t care because I wasn’t gonna stay there again..my first and last time there no thank you. The walls and ceiling was cracked and rusted. The room was small and not worth the money I paid. soon as I checked in and seen the room, I asked if they have any other room. They showed me two other rooms that looked basically the same outdated and not up to part but I was told that I cannot get my money back because I use Booking.com and not red roof website so I had no other choice but to stay and tough it out but I will never stay there again

Negatives: They don’t have cleaning service even I requested every morning I never had it. Spend 3 nights in a messy room.

Negatives: The entire property smells like a canabis festival. Upon entering my room I was greeted with an overwhelming odor of weed and perspiration. The dresser draws were broken. The rugs were damp and the bathroom flooring was soaked and moldy. A truly disgusting experience!
