Positives: Staff was really, really nice even though they were unable to give us a room key that worked. They came and opened the door with a master key when we checked in and after we came back from dinner and were very apologetic.
Negatives: 1) They could not give us room keys that worked (they tried them too) so we were given NO keys to our room. 2) 2 of 4 white towels had grey or brown stains such that I didn't want to use them. I've never seen towels that dirty. 3) overall room not clean

Negatives: Wall above the bed was covered in dust, floor was dirty, mold on the shower curtain, missing cabinet drawer, stains on the bed sheet, holes and stains on towels, no chair for the desk. One of the worst hotels we've stayed in, in terms of cleanliness.

Positives: They had a security guard portal the lot at night, which in that area is important
Negatives: The drawers and cabinets were broken, stains on the bed spread and trash in the parking lot. Lots of people that were not staying at the hotel hang I ng out in the parking lot during the daytime.

Negatives: I did not like that i had to leave a 100 dollar deposit Fee. It would have been ok if it was a 5 star hotel. Plus the carpet had stains all over the place. They dont have microwaves in the rooms. The front desk was rude. my phone did not work. Never again
