The room. The first room I was in they did not check it right because there was a lot of things broken.

For the Price, the room was relatively clean

I arrived at the facility to check in (granted earlier then the 3:00 time), it was approximately 1:15 ish. I immediately was overwhelmed at the smell of marijuana in the lobby, and a suspicious looking gentlemen just hanging out. I explained to the front desk staff person, that I understood I was a tad early, but I needed to get changed for my daughter's wedding. As someone who normally stays at much nicer accommodations, I knew I only needed a place to sleep. I was surprised at how the facility did not match the online pictures. Not only was the staff person rude, obnoxious, and downright disrespectful in tone regarding my plight. She offered no sympathy, understanding, and could have quite frankly cared less about my situation. Totally negative vibe in attitude, and body language. She just kept rudely repeating "check in is at 3:00". I asked if I could just wait in the parking lot, that surely, all of the clean rooms would not magically be ready promptly at 3:00. Again, nothing but attitude. I left and called 30 minutes later, "still no available room". I then asked, begged almost if she would call me when a room became available. Needless to say she did not. I needed to be at the Bridal Chapel at 2:30. I ended up changing and freshening up FOR MY DAUGHTER'S WEDDING" in the nearby McDonalds restroom. Thankfully, the manager there understood and should some compassion. I understood there may not have been available rooms when I arrived, but at some point, there would have been 1 available at some point! I even understood having a 3:00 check in time, but there was NO CUSTOMER service that was provided to me. I arrived back at the hotel @ 9:00 that night after the festivities, and the same representative was there. Never once apologized for her rude behavior or my total inconvenience, she actually ignored my presence and allowed another short young man to assist me to FINALLY get checked in.
