The front desk staff was professional, helpful and kind.
The room I was given was a wonderful apartment-sized room! Plush and spacious! I was happily giddy with the room.
Full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator.
I got an excellent nights sleep in the incredibly comfortable bed, and quiet room.

Convenient valet parking, spacious room...

Had the 1 bedroom suite with the pull out sofa, the room was decent. The kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable at least.

Definitely could get a better experience for how much you’re paying here. The staff is rude, asked for extra blankets and when it took over 45+ and I called back, the guy yelled and spoke over me that it’ll be there soon. I was told I could potentially get a late checkout, but the lady at the front desk was rude and not accommodating. Not even offering for an extra charge to check out late— I was willing to pay. The pull out couch had questionable brown stains, the shower had scorching hot water and the walls were peeling.
