The area is lovely and green, convenient for public transport and close to shopping centres.

When we arrived after a 5 hour drive and asked for a restroom prior to check in, the surley receptionist suggested we find a gas station nearby. Breakfast was unavailable due to renovations that have been ongoing for months. The website states breakfast and outside spaces but both were closed. My booking confirmation says breakfast included but the receptionist said it states at checkout that breakfast is unavailable ☹️ When I asked why this is still an option on the facilities list, she said 'that's how corporate want it'.
It's definitely misleading.
The outside space is a building site but I didn't see anyone working there.

The staff was very nice and as accommodating as they could be. I had an emergency hospital trip and they quickly added another day.

Brown bag grab-and-go breakfast was very disappointing. Room was never cleaned in our four night stay and we had to request towels. Had I known a renovation was going on, we would have stayed elsewhere.
