Positives: This hotel should never have been able to be booked. The room needed serious repairs - I.e. TV didn't work (no cable), drapes were falling off the rod (broken connectors), the sink in bathroom and kitchen had splotches of previous stains on it & no lobby.

Negatives: No lobby b/c of construction, room needed basic repairs, total construction site which was not mentioned anywhere.

Positives: Great place, space and employees. The breakfast was good as well. It was cheap as well. The staff also was willing to lower the price of the stay.

Negatives: There were roaches in my first room. Then I got a room in the third floor. There were roaches in that one as well. Less adult roaches and more baby roaches. I had to make sure that we checked out bags and shook out our clothes to make sure we did not bring any home with us.
