Positives: Great location- walkable to the art museum and several local businesses
Negatives: Lukewarm friendliness of staff, misrepresented the cost of self-parking nearby vs valet. Currently doing construction, so the "included breakfast" was mostly a cold bar with some single serve hot sandwiches.. a little sad corner display in the lobby area. Some time in the early morning, construction sounds shook the walls and become quite noticeable. If it had been more clear all of these things were true, I would likely have stayed in other places nearby that had a similar price point.

Positives: The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. The valet was very nice and helpful.

Positives: The hotel was clean and location was safe
Negatives: Our stay was very uncomfortable due to the lack of enough beds in our room. We had to sleep with three people in a queen-size bed, and unfortunately, there was no offer to upgrade us or provide an extra mattress or fold-out bed. The staff at the desk was unhelpful and made it seem like it was our problem. This led to a very unpleasant experience that I won’t forget anytime soon. Also, there is a parking garage but it is not included and quite expensive
