They are still overcharging me for parking. I agreed with the front desk to a 40usd charge and they still have not fixed the bill. This is is the best thing Bout the place.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spotless. All the staff was wonderful.
Negatives:
There wasn't a USB C plug. I couldn't see the plug very well in the middle of the headboard and tried to plug the end of my USB C cord in and it sparked. Stupid location and what the hell was that thing? All the cheap hotels I stay at have USB A and C in the rooms, why doesn't Reverb? At least warn people that that's not what the plug is between the 2 110v outlets.

Great hotel and excellent walkable...
Positives:
The rooms seemed comfortable and clean. We arrived late at night and the rooftop bar was closed, however a very nice staff lady was cleaning up and let me in to check out the view from the rooftop of Mercedes-Benz Stadium. She was the nicest staff member we ran into. The "amenity closet" was pretty cool as they had a nice water/ seltzer distributor. Location is great for attending an event at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Negatives:
We seemed to be a burden on the check-in/ check-out staff members. They really didn't seem interested in helping us. Also, parking was $50 which is very steep for already paying for the room. There wasn't much help or information on the facilities, for example, I still don't know what the sound rooms could have been used for and they seemed to be a selling point for the hotel.

Too expensive for what it...
Positives:
I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. My room was modern, comfortable, and offered an amazing view. The location was also excellent and very convenient.
Negatives:
The only issue I noticed was a few hairs on the bathroom floor, but aside from that, everything else was perfect.
