Pleasant
Positives:
The staff was friendly and accommodating, the gym was cool, the view was pretty.
Negatives:
the hallways smelled like mildew and cigarettes, the bathrooms had a weird smell when you flushed the toilet and ran the shower. there was wet paint around the building and the sliding door to go inside the building kept getting stuck. there was weird men hanging around the lobby that made me uncomfortable and would stare and i felt unsafe to go out at night alone.

Nothing at all.
Negatives:
It advertised as being in the Cumberland galleria area and it is nowhere near Cumberland or the Galleria.
The front desk did not answer their phone after calling two to three times. when I did go to the front desk the clerk was sitting in the back with earbuds in his ear. He said he didn't think the phones were working.
I changed rooms because the heat didn't work in that room.
I changed to a second room because it was filled with roaches and requested a refund.
I did not get an apology but I did get an instant refund. I would rate this zero stars for cleanliness, zero stars for customer service.
