Infrastructure of rooms is completely OUTDATED. Very disappointed with there being no AC unit, only a non-working vent dating back to the '60s. Room was hot/musty/stuffy. Maintenance came to recalibrate vent but room stayed hot w/temp set at 40 degrees F.

The fact that valet was full and we had to park in a parking garage across the street and lug our bags across a petty busy street at night; completely unacceptable.

The only positive thing I can think to say about this stay is that it was only one night.

The pool area of this hotel is the only nice thing about it. Rooms & halls were filthy, littered with trash & trays of food. Parking process is a nightmare. Expect hefty parking fees. The area is at best questionable. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

The parking situation was outrageous. It took us 1 hour from the time we were next to the hotel until we walked inside because of the line for valet. When we checked out, it took another 30 minutes to get our car from valet. It was also more like a 3 star
