Positives:
Checking in was great service. I wanted to shower before bed there was no hot water. The maintenance technician came by with no tools it took him 30 minutes to fix and the problem still was not fixed. The next morning there is no hot water in the entire building. All I was offered was late check out and breakfast which I already had both service at check in. This was not a comfortable stay at all.
