Took 3 tries to get a room that had actually been cleaned; the first two they assigned me were not ready. Double beds are too small to share (I would NOT have picked this hotel if more than double occupancy in my 2 double bed room)

The resort fee was use it or lose it. I didn't use it because I was told turkey products would take a long time to cook. The hotel should take into consideration not everyone eats pork

The location suited my stay fine. Certainly a great spot.
Negatives:
The hotel was no way a 3.5 star considering I have booked numerous times in the area at 3.5 stars and the hotels were far more clean and superior. The bathrooms need severe updating and it is very noticeable. The fan didnt work in the air conditioner.

The staff was not friendly. The hotel needs renovations. On the ground next to the ice machine had a sticky trap full of American cockroaches aka waterbugs. I left an item in the room and still have not been contacted about retrieving the item.
