Negatives: My coffee pot did not work properly, and the upstairs bathroom sink had a slow drain. Nothing major, minor details. Overall I was very pleased.

Negatives: Dirty there were roaches in the room. And we found ants on the bed as well.

Negatives: paying to park after I already pay taxes and fees on the hotel

Negatives: Disgusting. First room had no running water and the toilet was not clean and couldn't flush. The second room smelled like cigarette smoke and had multiple holes in the ceiling. It is more like an extended stay for druggies and homeless people. GROSS!

Negatives: The room smell of smoke. The rodents. The front desk wasnt knowledgeable. No WiFi, made it difficult to work. Towels werent clean. Room did not appear to have been cleaned overall.

Negatives: they didnt update the breakfast time on booking.com so we arrived late, there was a spider in the bed, the carpet was WET and smelling like CLOROX. I dont even wanna know what happened there before our stay.

Negatives: The place was dirty and there were bugs on the bed.

Negatives: It took over an hour to check in to the right room . We had to change rooms 4 times . The first room the tv didnt work . The second room didnt have hot water . The third room wasnt even available the maintenance man was in there cleaning the carpet. The fourth room the door to the room didnt latch correctly. We had to slam the door a few time for it to actually catch . The room had gnats wasnt properly cleaned. We explain all of these concerns to the attendant and asked for a discount or something . His response was we should be more understanding because of some storm . If you couldnt run the facility correctly then it should just be shut down until you can. If Im spending my money I expect to have all amenities and for everything to work correctly.

Negatives: I arrived at 2am. The non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The downstairs bathroom had a used hair bonnet. But it was 2 am, so I didnt want to complain. Until I went upstairs and found an I flushed toilet. There was no way that bathroom had been cleaned. Staff switched my room and the new one was better but still not the cleanest. Trash was not taken out from previous occupant. For me, cleanliness is the most important thing. If you care about cleanliness, pass.

Negatives: Wow, I don't even know where to begin. When I got there and walked into my first room a stunk of cigarette smoke, mold and some other smells that I can not identify so I complained to the manager and they moved me to a second one and that 1 didn't have A working TV so they moved me into a third room with smelled as bad as the first so I decided to stay in the second. After which I overheard another guest mentioned that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I asked the manager there he confirmed that. Apparently there was a thunderstorm that knocked out their communications but that happened over a week before I booked so I should have got some kind of notice. So for a week I had no wifi, no TV, in a room that smelled gross (a had to buy a scented candle for the smell), Not to mention the people who were in the room above me constantly making noise at night and my screen door not properly closing or a few bugs that happened to be in my room, or the cigarette burns on my blanket. Not too bad of a place overall but they really gotta get their ish together. They did refund me for 2 days but I still feel that I should have gotten more back.
