Sonesta is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

Positives:
I liked the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. I has a couple of issues that were resolved fairly quickly.
Negatives:
The interior design of the rooms are poor. There's a large chair that takes up so much space in the room. I think a good remodel/fresh coat of paint is needed. A friend who stayed here prior mentioned that there's too much in the room, but not enough at the same time. She couldn't have been more accurate.
Also, some of my outlets didn't function, the hair dryer was dirty and there's no tea – only coffee offered in the rooms.

The hotel smells very old. The first room they assigned to us smelled awful and the furniture was dirty room 806. The next room was ok still had and old smell. The bed was not comfortable my husband slept sitting up on the sofa.

Got a comfortable quiet nights...

When we arrived to get our room we were sent to 607. We got there and this room was already occupied by someone else. We had to go back downstairs to get another room. The clerk said he didnt know someone was in there because the system said the room was empty. I was also told I had to pay for my breakfast after I chose the room on the site where the breakfast was included, which in return made me question what was be advertised. My boyfriend came down after me and the lady at the front desk explained it to him that breakfast was free they just have to say charging it to your room so there won't be a mixup.
