The hotel rooms were dank and stuffy and in need of repair. The walls and the flooring and the bathroom all shown wear and tear and in need of improvement.

The room was quite spacious but the bathroom was not the one from the pictures. It had all amenities - oven, microwave, fridge etc.
Negatives:
The room was on the 21st floor and yet it was very noisy because of I-85 in proximity. Not a good noise insulation. The breakfast was quite basic. It would be fair to mention the price of the parking - 50 USD/night

Good location for a music festival we were attending.

Most uncomfortable bed I can remember sleeping in. Reservation was for a king and we got two doubles.
Didn’t provide the basic amenities that you even get something like a Sleep Inn. No blow dryer in the room, which is something I haven’t seen since 2006.
Room was never cleaned, nobody brought new towels, asked to pick up our trash, etc.

Same breakfast everyday and even at 7am we where waiting for the food to come out . They had one lady cooking and setting everything up. The front desk lady was very nice though!
Negatives:
Our room had a patio but it was scary because we had a 1yr old with us and the patio door didn't lock, the patio doors where so dirty and the patio deck looked broken so we didn't even step out there.

Room wasn’t ready for check in despite getting there 4 hours after check in, no onsite parking, additional parking was $80, elevator in parking deck was broken, balcony door was broken and didn’t open, dead animal on balcony, windows were so dirty you couldn’t take a picture out of them, pool was closed, so was the area around the pool, room description said private pool which was not accurate.
