Updated appliances needed such as washer & dryer. Updated kitchen the appliances were old & the kitchen floor needed repairing in our room big split in the floor tile was shifting

Positives:
I loved the beautiful historical architecture and the location. We walked to the varsity and enjoyed the city life for an evening. We got to capture some wonderful pictures.
Negatives:
Booking.com did not mention a $75 security deposit so that was an unexpected expense. The terrace door was bolted shut and the weather was immaculate. Booking.com was also not kept up to date with property details such as the whole pool area being closed for renovations. It was a bit too cold to swim but I booked the room because of the picture from the pool area overlooking the city night lights.

We are long time patrons of the Georgian Terrace. I will always come back because I love the old, character, and charm of the GT plus the Fox Theater is across the street and that is the chefs kiss!!
