I purchased one of the most expensive rooms and they told me when I went to breakfast that my room did not come with breakfast and that I had to pay. That was after spending $1200 for one night. That is ridiculous. The room was supposed to be a luxurious suite but it looked like it was renovated and you can see the sloppy plaster and next to the jacuzzi you can tell that it was newly repaired because it had dirt stains on the side and the plaster was also terrible. Not what I expected to spend $1200 on. I have had way cheaper hotels with the Hilton that were flawless and immaculate

Every amenity had a cost. Breakfast was $32 a person. Forced valet was $75 a night. We enjoyed our visit but we will never stay at The Starling again.

The lobby took our breath away and the room was very comfortable. The dinner and drinks at the bar were amazing and everyone was very helpful and polite.
Negatives:
The elevators were confusing. Had to push the desired floor as the request button and if you knew to look for which elevator letter to stand in front of, often times it would be full so you have to wait longer. and the mini fridge wasn't functional.

IPIC theater, saints and council, Chick-fil-A, and a food court is a walking distance and connected to the hotel and they have a bar in the hotel aswell
Negatives:
They didn’t have a microwave in the room and when we requested for one (which you pay for- I think it’s $20 per night) they were completely out. No microwave in the common area to compensate either. Stayed here for two nights and they still didn’t have one on the second day. Had to call and call and make a lil fuss before one was found all of a sudden. This hotel is just for vibes because of the location. Amenities that make your stay more pleasant you’ll have to pay for. Parking cost $63 for two nights in the weekend in their parking lot. Their little bottles of water in the room don’t drink unless you’re a member cause that’s an extra $2 per bottle.
