Negatives:
Needs some maintenance. Feels a little worn. Had some issues with the valet parking. $75 is excessive for a night. I had to go get something from my car one time and was asked to walk with one of the attendants to get it myself. We also waited almost 45 minutes for our vehicle because they grabbed the keys but forgot to actually get the car. Also, the $30 breakfast was not a good value. Food was not good and service was understaffed.

There's was much to do near and in the hotel.
The rooms view was nice and the hotel is beautiful
Negatives:
1.There isn't any information given to you about what there is. We had to explore to realize there was a food court upstairs.
2. We never got fresh towels or room service
3. No one explains why you should park with Starling instead of the adjacent garage
4.when u book and pay they don't make you aware of the $200 deposit upon check in
5. My receipt from the hotel had an extra $94 charge unaccounted for

I loved the location and the food hall the staff was courteous and the hotel was beautiful.
Negatives:
The rooms that we were given twice before the third room each had issues. The 1st bathroom sink flooded the floor water in the shower didn't get hot and the heat wasn't working in the room on the coldest night Ga had so far this year. 2nd room the sink was nasty had black stuff in sink and finally the last room was ok but all we could hear our entire stay was either the pipes knocking or something beating in the walls but we made the best of our stay. Something else that was a bother is the hotel doesn't provide community microwaves but will charge you 25.00 for the use of one for your stay.
