I enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel. I also like the staff was super friendly and they greet you as you’re walking into the hotel and open the door for you hands down. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Too much noise outside the room, when the doors were closing, they are so loud, it seems to be lots of closing and opening doors at all hours of the morning early morning throughout the night, and the valet parking was a mess so disorganised lots of queueing the valet People like to have a long conversations with drivers whilst there’s Cuzz queueing back up on the road so disorganised
