For business at Emory it is an excellent location right across campus. Room was large, although a bit "dark" . Clean and quiet .

We both have mobility issues and were there for medical issues. it was a little challenging to get up the one flight of stairs, i didn't realize until arrival that there was no elevator (my fault) and should have requested a ground floor earlier.

The facilities have not been updated since the 1970s. The room and everything in it was damp because it rained so much.
The bedsheets were damp and all my clothes were damp. The 1970s wall AC unit couldn't combat the humidity.

I love the location, but fear the moldy, damp room made me sick.

Very close and convienent to Emory University.

Room and a scent of dampness, like wet carpet not sure if from humidity or something else. Work up in the morning with ants all over the bathroom sink and a few were on the table near the beds. We had no food in the room as we checked in at 5pm and left at 815am the following morning. I did show pictures at check out of the ants in the room and other than I’m sorry we will get that taken care of. No offer of anything else discount on room (was prepaid so I get that) but then was charged $8 for parking. I would have thought after showing the picture of the ants maybe at least waive the parking fee.
