Positives:
The room was very well cleaned. The maid was very nice. Breakfast was good. We stayed because of appointments at Emory so the location close to the hospital and Clinic B was good. The staff was very acomodating. We were allowed to extend check out by 1 hour so we could rest between appointments.
Negatives:
We paid for a king bed but because of no elevator, we needed ground floor and so got two double beds. The mattress needed to be updated/replaced. Parking was a little difficult but tolerable. For the amount we paid, I expected a more comfortable room. A traffic light located at the end of the street going out of the parking lot would be good.

Love the location. If you are visiting Emory university, or CDC, then this is a very good choice for accommodation. Small restaurants, good coffee places are in a walkable distance.
Negatives:
Cleanliness could be a tad bit better (the room could've used a good vacuuming), but overall cleanliness was good.

The beds were comfortable and the room was large.
Negatives:
The place is horribly run down. The staff admits it is 38 years old and it looks like it too!! The bathroom was dirty and old. We had no hot water to shower. Not a fun experience and especially not for the outrageous $230.
