Was not a fan of the parking. If you dont drop your bags off at the front door you will have to climb several stairs from the parking lot to the front door. Also the beds were comfortable but moved easily when next to them.

Did not at all. I know that I reserved 2 queen beds for both rooms however it was a switch. I got there and both rooms were queen beds. Why would I reserve a king bed for 3 kids.

The checkout process was not as smooth as usual. Husband left key card in room so was not able to get out of parking lot. Front desk staff argued with him for 15 mins about how it is his fault and now will have to pay for parking even though we paid.

The thing that I liked most was that I was allowed to check in early around 1230 in the afternoon and at no extra charge. My room was very clean, ver comfortable bed. This Westin is very close to the airport and it has a free airport shuttle.
