The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable that I wanted to take it home with me. The staff were very courteous and professional going that extra mile to make my stay awesome.
Negatives:
I had ordered breakfast on my first morning there and waited almost an hour and a half for it and it never arrived. I called the front desk to see what the delay was and was told that they were swamped with over eighty orders that morning. The staff member still had my ticket and I guess my order had never been placed so I asked her to just cancel the order. I am diabetic so it would have been nice if someone had called and informed me that they were backed up in breakfast orders so that I could have made other arrangements.

This was the best hotel Ive stayed at in awhile. The front desk staff was the best. I wish I could remember the guys name. The location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to the mall and many restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

In general the staff were amazing. Always friendly, willing to help and represented their commitment to the brand well.

While I was aware that there were renovations underway, I was still under the impression that there was a sit down restaurant available for breakfast. To my surprise there was not - which was a challenge for someone who likes to get breakfast out of the way before dealing with the crazy commute to the office. That said if there had been greater clarity about the "coffee station with breakfast options" I would have understood. I will say that on the specific morning of confusion I was really put off. Given I assume you have a lot of business travellers signage or a note of clarity at the restaurant adjacent to the front desk would have been great.
