Wil (reception) was amazing, also Courtney at the sky lounge lifts - exceptional.
Negatives:
Some of the furniture felt a little old, with visible scuff marks on the wood of the headboard. Also, the sky bar required plastic physical cards (both ID and credit cards), which seems dated.
