The staff and accommodations are wonderful. We received texts during our stay to see how it could be improved by staff which was really attentive and nice.
Negatives:
The AC went out on our second day which made sleeping uncomfortable when it was 84 that day.

Restaurant staff had unacceptable wait times (possibly understaffed) AC in hotel went out and staff was unconcerned about the issue. Not Marriott level of service.

Not much. If they had been a 2 star listing we would have rated our review higher but this was not even close to luxury. The gym space was very good but the AC unit was broken. Tech came in to fix and it started blowing air but was like a jet engine.
Negatives:
The beds were awful way too squishy, like sleeping in a sink hole. They moved us the next day saying it would be better but it was not. The AC unit panel fell off in the middle of the night and we did not have hot water in our first room. No coffee maker.
