Beautiful view from room. Location was great! Nice outdoor spaces. Loved the variety of restaurants. The lobby was beautiful with lots of seating for just hanging out. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
Parking was expensive. Breakfast was average for the price. Coffee was terrible- it was served at room temp even after asking for it fresh and hot. Room was stuffy & looked old. Left my charger, still waiting to hear back if housekeeping turned it in.

loved the great location. walked everywhere. Great restaurants right there and The Grove short walk great place to sit and have a drink or ice cream. friendly staff. Needed the pool on the hot days. Friday night DJ in lobby was so fun! Starbucks around the corner as well. Lots of wonderful places near by.
Negatives:
was very disappointed the hotel doesn't do room housekeeping daily. Was unaware and wish someone told us at check in. As a family of 4 we needed extra towels and preferred garbage being emptied.

The rooms are dated. There was no counter space in the bathroom. The tile was cold and wet from the leaking sink. The telephone was broken so we couldn't reach the front desk. The engineer never came to fix the sink or phone. There was no ironing board.
