Breakfast was good. Location was good and nice faculty, but would not recommend due to room switched.

We did not get the room we booked. Check in was at 4:00pm and we were at the desk at 4:01pm and the reception clerk, Jennifer Wright, said she gave our room to someone else (double room) and we had to take a king size bed, so my friend had to sleep on a cot.

Loved the location and it was large with much to do. The breakfast at Augustino’s had the best customer service and the food was amazing. The omelet chef was very nice and my kids really I enjoyed the experience.

I asked when I got to the property if they had a crib available for our baby and they said yes. We called for a crib for our child 2 more times and both times they said they would send it right up and it never came.

I am a swimmer, I book hotels with indoor pools. Upon arrival we were told the pool was closed, and it was listed on their website. It took several minutes at the desk for them to find the very small disclaimer print, buried on a back page, to show us the listing! We were also charged a “resort fee” for the pool!!!! Which was non refundable!
Two of the three elevators are out of order, and the line and wait was very long, it was suggested that we use the stairs, we were on the 9th floor?
The room was extremely dusty, no toiletries, no glasses? I was told sternly by the attendant that the room was acceptable clean and that I could request paper cups, but she had none, I had to go to the desk, who had none?
I found a very nice attendant on a different floor who graciously gave me two paper cups!
