This hotel was very nice and convenient for me to get to my bowling tournament. Breakfast was fantastic. Only thing to complain about was my room was next to elevator and it was noise. But I will stay again next year.

We only stayed one night, but the kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was very nice and clean.

The breakfast wasn't that great. I was excited about the breakfast because of everyone's else's reviews. BUT with that being said, we were there at a very busy time for the hotel, so it could've just been that they weren't prepared for so many people to be there! I would still stay again!

The front desk associate was kind, she did her best to help us.
Negatives:
The room wasn't clean and I was unable to get another room due to the hotel being booked. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, no liners in the trash and what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets, and the pillowcase definitely had been used. I've never experienced anything to this level of uncleanliness at a hotel or Best Western. The person at the front desk did bring up new sheets and offered to change them. I declined because honestly it wasn't her fault, it was late night and I had driven quite a way to get there so I told her I would do it just so I could get to bed. The room appeared to be updated, but really knowing what was cleaned made me uncomfortable

The staff were very pleasant from the cleaning staff to the front desk.
Negatives:
A woman with short blond hair knocked very loudly shouted "housekeeping" and then immediately opened the door before we had a chance to react. We were sorry that we didn't have the door bolt on but did not realize it was needed during the middle of the afternoon. She quickly closed the door without apology.
