Positives: Room Space Good. Breakfast Good. I felt for the staff who appeared to have worked over the call of duty (e.g. as they catered to a large group of people). They did the best they could with what little staff they had. I commend the staff who worked breakfast-kitchen & banquets etc.

Negatives: I did not like the fact that I booked a certain room in advanced but was given another. I do not like the fact that I was NOT TOLD that their would be additional Tax Fees (e.g. Occupancy, Local & Transportation). Access to Shuttle Transportation and extra Tax Fees should have been told during check in. I do not like the fact when I contacted the hotel for clarification regarding these extra fees, the consultant could not explain them.
