THE EASE OF OPERATION
Positives:
The location was convenient to everything we needed and the rooms was fine, but the hotel staff. Wowza! The staff spoke, held conversations with us, gave tips on dining. It was one of, if not the best, interior had with hotel staff. Orlando is the best!
Negatives:
There were features in the hotel room that didnt set well with me. The middle part of the vanity had large screws exposed. If Id been traveling with children, it would have caused concern. Also, the door stuck as you entered and left.

The staff was amazing! My husband, puppy & I were stranded in Augusta on a road trip after some car trouble & needed some last minute accommodations for the weekend. Everyone was so kind & accommodating. Its not always ideal staying at a hotel with a pet, but our puppy was welcomed & loved on by all the employees we came in contact with.

The location was not the best ONLY due to the fact that it is not walkable to restaurants or stores. I will say that it was in a safe location.

Got bit by a cockroach in the middle of the night. Furniture is all broken down. Terrible place should be a 1-2 star rating maximum.

Bedding had and carpet had blood stains on it. When. When mentioned to front desk staff. They just gave us different sheets to put over the stained sheets. When we returned the next afternoon the stained sheets were still on the bed.
