Negatives: Parking was awful. If you make any of the managers upset then they try to make life hell for you for the rest of your stay. They had no regard for anyones quiet time or if they were sleeping in.

Negatives: First room had leaking toilet. Second room floors were not clean.

Negatives: The bathroom needs more trash cans if the trash is not emptied in 2 days. The bathroom should be inspected more.

Negatives: The unexpected 50 pet deposit when the site says pets stay free

Negatives: The tub wouldnt drain. The air conditioner screamed. The housekeeping staff collected the wet towels and did not leave any clean towels. When I requested them in the evening upon return (from a baseball tournament) from the front desk, their reply was they didnt have any.

Negatives: Parking was difficult to understand.

Negatives: I have stayed here a few times at this point. I had been satisfied with housekeeping and front desk until this point. I had to bring my 10 year- old and 1 year- old with me after the babysitter had an emergency. The sheets were soiled, so I asked the front desk about getting clean sheets. I was told I had to put a request in 24 hours in advance because housekeeping " had enough to do." I found one of the 2 housekeeping on my floor and asked them about sheets and towels, and was told I would get them. I literally waited all day for housekeeping to get to my room to get clean sheets and towels. I even spoke with the young lady who was on my floor cleaning rooms. She actually wrote down what I needed. They were almost to my room when I left out to get something to eat. Upon returning, they had left. Neither lady had been to my room. My room had not been cleaned, and I was low on toiletries that I had to go get myself. I also was looking forward to swimming. Apparently, the pool was being chemically treated, so I could not use the pool. After getting dressed to swim and going down to the pool only to see a sign on the door-"CLOSED" There were no signs in the lobby or anywhere else BEFORE getting to the basement where the pool is. Needless to say, my stay was not pleasurable besides breakfast.

Negatives: Rooms needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Trash under beds and mattresses. Bathroom floors need to steamed cleaned/scrubbed. Carpet needed shampooing and vacuuming. Pool didn't look sanitary, water was not clear. Trash cans were filthy under bags and need to be a little bigger. Parking lot overfilled...had to park at other businesses nearby. Staff was friendly but seemed stressed. Might could use extra pay, less hours or time off. A consistent beeping/alarm in lobby was going off. Elevators may need a little maintenance - making rubbing sounds when operating. Microwave intereferred with TV when in use.
