The rooms and common areas were clean. The staff was mostly friendly. Breakfast was good as well.
Negatives:
The pool was so very cloudy. When my children swam underwater, they could not be seen. When it was reported to the front desk, not much concern was given. The cloudiness was a safety hazard because you would not be able to see someone in distress in the deep end of the pool.

Positives:
The location of this hotel was excellent. Plenty of free parking on the premises and adequate grass space to walk our dogs. The suite we had was huge and very clean! Great bed and pillows. We had a very comfortable stay.
Negatives:
Front desk personnel were not the friendliest but were efficient and provided what we asked for. There must have been some type of party or group at the hotel that was noisy in the halls past 11 pm. The south exit from the hotel could not be re-entered even with a room key and this made it a rather long trip to get our stuff in side the room we were in.

Our room door had to be pushed/slammed to close. It would stick. The a/c was loud when fan kicked on and room didn't get really cool until midnight even though the temperature was set on 60 when we arrived. Otherwise it was fine.

The evening check-in employee was incredibly rude. Upon entering the hotel, he was sitting watching television and seemed annoyed when I asked to check in. He said "I can never catch a break". I thought he was joking because I have never had anyone be so blatantly rude to me. I told him I would try not to be high maintenance and should not need anything else from him to which he responded, " I highly doubt that." I mean, what?
