Common areas are pretty. Breakfast is decent.
Negatives:
There was a cockroach on the table in my room. I was too shocked and didn’t take a photo but the impression was ruined. The room was pretty dirty. There were clumps of hair which are definitely not mine. I was a bit surprised by the staff who were giving me a look as if I am not supposed to be here. I thought initially I am misinterpreting it, however saw the same complaint on trip advisor about the similar unwelcoming looks. The area is…questionable. I took a short walk to nearby Starbucks - I would not recommend doing it after dark and alone.
