The location was great, Close to Fort Eisenhower! Very clean and room was very big! Staff was excellent!even text me to make sure everything was good!

The only thing I would change is I would put some kind of door up at the bathroom sink. There is no door so the light did shine in on the others that were sleeping. A sliding barn door or accordion door would work great.

My room had dog hair all over the chairs, floor and bed. It was a very strong dog odor. The hallways were hot.

I was disgusted by the...
Positives:
They would not take my payment method still tried to charge me a full nights stay for a no show fee. No where did it state that you need a major credit card. They would not accept my credit union debit card or credit card. Which is the card I booked with and they took a $1 payment from. I would think at that point they would have called me and said we can not accept this form of payment. I was 5 hours away from home and had to find last minute accommodations due to this hotel’s negligence of informing customers of payment methods they can or can not take.
