We had to change rooms 3 times. First room water leak from sink. 2nd room door wouldn't open. 3rd room air didn't work

For the rating this hotel had I am disappointed. This hotel is an older hotel. The walls were dirty within the room. This hotel needs an update to compare to the hotels around it.

The breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel employees were nice and welcoming.

The pool was closed and we werent aware of that upon booking. The only reason we booked was for the pool and grilling area. When we arrived and were told it was closed i was so upset. Also wasnt told about a $50 damages fee, that has still not been refunded to my bank account.
