The second room I got was ok, the first one had clearly visible mold on the fridge and smelt awful. Although I booked a room in the 4th floor, there was bringing available and I was rebooked to the second floor. Breakfast was ok.

I had just stayed the week before at the other Hyatt House Downtown and so I missed their parking garage - no fault of Hyatt Place and the security feature of needing your room key for the elevator.

It was a bit outside Augusta but the reason we went was for an appointment a little outside Augusta - so good for us but perhaps not great for those interested in seeing Augusta itself. Staff was super-helpful
