Negatives: Seemed a bit run down

Negatives: The shower wouldn't drain. The toilet would not drain/flush. I find this unacceptable no matter what the star level of the hotel is. Only 1 5-min shower the whole stay, and I refused to use the shower after seeing standing water.

Negatives: The room and bathrooms were dirty. The towels had holes in them.fire alarm went on and off and people were smoking in a non smoking hotel,

Negatives: It wreaked of Marijuana &cigarette smoke I had 2 request a new room twice when I addressed the smoke problem I was offered SPRAY I paid 4 non smk rm I was offered a room that with no TV remo no phone & stained sheet I left the next morning it was dreadful

Negatives: a couple of the electrical outlets beside the bed did not work. I reported this to management upon leaving.

Negatives: No breakfast was only drinks and ice machine had bugs in it

Negatives: The rooms could have been cleaner. One day the staff didn't even bother to make the beds! They never cleaned the sink and the room had an awful smell. Actually the whole hotel smelled horrible it was the worst! I saw what I belive were prostitutes there. It's definitely not a family hotel or even a nice hotel. One night we came back and our room door was open. We had to have the keys reset because they stopped working. The TV had very few channels. The beds had stains on the linen. One of the beds had actual dirt. They're was mold and crud on the windows I have a picture of that! The cats to take the stuff to the room we're so raggedy we ended up just carrying our luggage when we left. I pre paid for this mess otherwise we would have left. The breakfast was almost non existent and consisted of rotten bananas and a waffle maker which looked dirty. My daughter got some juice out of the juice machine and it made her sick. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.
