The Jamaican man was rude and the room he put us in was sooo bad. And I tried to change rooms but I had to wait on the manager who never came

They had me and my sister changed room three times because the first room, one of the bed was broke, the second room was nasty and wasn't clean up and we finally got another room it was ok but the tv didn't come on.

The front desk staff was very helpful. He was courteous and kind.
Negatives:
The place really needs updating... The room was clean as clean as possible... There were stains of mold in the shower. There was a bloody handprint behind the door which I have a picture of. One of the drawers was missing out of the nightstand and one side of the bed was totally unusable. Luckily I booked a king so we were able to stay.
