I was not pleased at all.

I didn't like anything. The staff was very unprofessional. There wasn't anyone in the office when I arrived there. After 3 phone calls, someone finally showed up to check me in. They kept my ID. The room was terrible. The covers had burns in on them. They were also thin littoral covers, not even at least a cheap comforter for the bed. The bathroom was horrid. Hair was left in the tub, and some sort of package wrapper was left in the sink. There were no toiletries available for use. The furniture had seen better days, etc..... I can go on and on about how bad the stay was, but I'll end it there.

We never got to stay at the property nor get our refund for the room that we DID NOT stay in because the manager decided to have a power trip and catch an attitude about us not being notified about the $50 fee for damages and/or other things. WE DROVE 4 HOURS just to have to end up sleeping in our car that night. We had to search through every tab on the app after the fact to see that there was a $50 fee. Its been since august 10th-11th and have heard nothing from anyone. Called customer service and they say we have to wait for HER (the manager) to accept and send back our money. If we wouldve known about the $50 fee we wouldve paid it with no issue.

The staff was very unprofessional arguing in front of me, room was dirty with roches, and the shower had a side that was open so the floor got wet. There was moldy coffee in the coffee machine, very dusty. One plug in on the side was damaged, but couldn't use it
