They didnt clean the room. When I reported that the room wasnt clean and that I needed clean towels. She said I can give you a towel. I told her that the room should be cleaned and that they should put clean towels in the room. Nothing was done.

Tops in the floor, hair on the sink and toilet and in the shower, there was small debris and trash all over the bathroom floor - like it wasn't even cleaned, just kind of tidied up and left

The carpet in our room was disgusting. It was so sticky everywhere in the room. The carpet was actually wet. Soaked our socks. Room could use a good cleaning. Sad housekeeping can make such a difference to how you view your stay.

In town for an FSU game. Stayed outside of Tallahassee due to the price gouging of hotels on game weekends. Its about a 40 minute easy drive to Tallahassee and price was much more affordable. A few places around to get a quick bite to eat. Hotel was quiet.
Negatives:
Room AC has two options: blows ice cold air or blows hot air. So you can freeze or sweat. You choose.
No AC in the hallways on the 3rd floor. Was stifling hot while waiting for the elevator. They shut my room key off on Day 2 of my stay. So with an arm full of stuff had to go back downstairs and get new keys which was frustrating.
Bathroom was awful. Shower curtain rod literally falling off the wall. Shower curtain wouldnt close because of this so water got all over the bathroom floor during shower. Inside of tub so slippery and no safety grips on the floor. Floor in bathroom was nasty. See pics.
Bed was hard for my liking and pillows were so flat that even 3 stacked on top of each other was like 1 pillow.

The front desk was super nice and helpful they had one housekeeper that was extremely nice

The bed was very comfortable. The furniture was nice and also comfortable.
Negatives:
There was no way to close the drapes all the way to keep out the light from a street light. The bathroom floor was filthy. Getting on the internet required joining a Hilton program which I have no interest in. The breakfast buffet was very average.

C.C. and Stacey at the front desk were wonderful at checking in and during our complete stay. We will definitely stay there on future trips!!
