Negatives:
When we arrived at the property they let us do early check in but the room was dirty. They said it was cleaned already! Front desk lady was nice and gave us another room but on this one the shower wasn’t working properly and not hot water was coming out so we decided to leave! Manager tried for us to stay wanting to check other rooms with us but we saw enough! He didn’t return our money! He said it was up to booking.com but Booking.com said he didn’t want to give the money back and charged us with one night even though we didn’t used the facilities! This is a not anymore for us!

Air conditioner was broken. Shower head was broken and disgusting. Refrigerator didn't work. Gum was stuck to top of shower rod. There were dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. TV was blurry and barely worked.
