Rooms were filthy apon check in (beer caps in corner of room, crumbs and food bits all over carpet, loose change on floor), stains and marks all over furniture, bedding was dirty, rooms reak of cigerette and weed, heaters dont work properly, lot of lower income/drug users at hotel(potiential security risk)

When it was chech in time, there was no room for us even though I was there half hour early to check in,I paid online but said she needed my husband ID before he could go in the room, then he asked why, it really became an argument, if I could have gotten my money back I would have, then she realized she didn't need his ID,a mess

Our room wasn't cleaned. The toilet had a "Sanitized" stick across it but once we lifted the lid there was dried urine on the toilet and dried urine around the toilet with a bunch of what I think is men's beard hair or someone's pubes on the floor and all inside and around the bathtub. They stated it was a non smoking hotel but people were standing around smoking marijuana. The pool was black, not cleaned. The breakfast was waffles, raisin brand cereal and Activia yogurt.
