Positives:
The lady of front desk was very friendly when I checked in. Parking available close to my room.
Negatives:
There were roaches in my room, I ended up staying less than an hour before packing all my stuff and going to a different hotel. The manager the next day kept telling me that housekeeping said there were no signs of roaches in the room and was quite rude.

Unfortunately we arrived at 9pm, and didn't get to breakfast in time.
Negatives:
Room was dated and the shower was supposed to be handicap accessible, shower head was permanent fixture very high up on wall of bathroom. Floor was dangerously slick in entire bathroom. Had to put towels on floor to keep from slipping down. Opinion, should have had shower head that could be held in hand and lower. Didn't like that I could not get a copy of payment. Was told not an option because I had booked through a 3rd party. When I booked, I was riding in the car, and there was nothing to indicate to me that I was not booking directly to hotel. In fact, called the number listed to be assured that the room was on ground floor, and that I had booked it correctly, answers that lead me to believe I was talking to someone at the hotel since they answered the phone, Quality Inn. In my opinion, I made a bad choice in hotels, and paid more than the room would have cost if I was indeed talking directly to a desk person at the hotel.

Wasnt very clean at all besides bed. Room smelled. Rooms could use major updating with new carpet and furniture. Rooms could have a better layout.
