Our room wasn't cleaned. The toilet had a "Sanitized" stick across it but once we lifted the lid there was dried urine on the toilet and dried urine around the toilet with a bunch of what I think is men's beard hair or someone's pubes on the floor and all inside and around the bathtub. They stated it was a non smoking hotel but people were standing around smoking marijuana. The pool was black, not cleaned. The breakfast was waffles, raisin brand cereal and Activia yogurt.

Did not have our room cleaned unless we went to the front office and complained. “Clean” sheet were filthy and stained and had burn marks on them.

I don't think you should request $100 out of my account for damage or stolen items. Other hotels I've been to only get card information and do not actually take it unless needed. And it's held for a week or so!???
