The cleanliness of my room, the comfort of the bed, the friendliness of the hotel staff and the morning "free" breakfast were exceptional. Location was really nice.

The bed was awesome. They were different types of bed pillows based on firmness preference. There are many restaurant choices, and we were able to walk to Panera to pick up dinner. we slept very well. Thank you.

We had put in our preferences that we wanted a quiet location, and that request was not honored. We woke up the next morning to loud noise coming from the dining area. Also, the refrigerator was not working well And was making a very loud noise.

Breakfast was a bit sparse, although it fell within Holiday Inn Express norms.

The location was great. The coffee served at breakfast was really good. Access to the room was nice as we were near the stairwell. Liked that the room was spacious, had a microwave and mini fridge.
Negatives:
There were hairs in the bathroom: sink, countertop; in the fridge; and in/on the sheets and bed spread. A silverfish was in the bathroom and another crawled across the wall in the room. Wished they offered pet free rooms like nonsmoking.

The bathroom floor was dirty at check in. The air conditioning unit was intermittent. Turned off when set temperature was reached. This kept waking us up as we are light sleepers. Hotel lost power around 6am morning of check out.

Location is great, easy access to I-95. Nearby restaurant in Holiday Inn & Suites is an easy 2 minute walk with terrific food.

Neither the bathtub nor sink had working drain stops. Luckily my wife had a flat rubber stopper in her travel bag that worked for the tub.

The location was great! close to many restaurants and a few shops.
Negatives:
The room smelled like mold and feet as soon as we walked in. There was a spot with what seemed like blood on the sheets, I took them off the bed and slept with my blanket. The breakfast was very poor, I went an hour before closing and they were out of any type breads. No bagels, no sandwich bread, nothing! Eggs were watery, sausage was extremely salty. I'm not a picky a eater but the only thing that I was able to drink was the coffee.
