the remote control for the tv didn’t work, we requested a shower chair for him to shower and there are no shower chairs on the property despite getting a confirmation email saying the request would be accommodated, the room keys stopped working twice, the bathroom fan doesn’t work so after the shower the entire room was humid and steamed up.

Bed was worse then a sleeper sofa. You could feel every spring along with the boing sounds as you changed position. Floors were dirty, came out of shower got in bed and saw marks on sheets looked at the bottom of me feet and they were dirty from the floor. The furniture was dusty.
I wouldn't look to stay at any Red Roof Inn again.
