Bed sinking in the middle. Horrible
Positives:
The room was great and the refrigerator was very helpful. I love that they provide the plastic bag for your dirty laundry. It was nice to have plenty of places to charge our phones. The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The floors were filthy and dusty. I mean you could see visible piles of dust all over the bathroom and bedroom floor. Just walking from the bed to the desk completely soiled our socks with dirt. There were no pillows or blankets for the fold out sofa provided. When I went to the front desk and asked for a blanket, they told me that it was too late and they could only give me a sheet.

Jay was the best employee ever! He was very helpful both before and during my stay!

We asked for an extra pillow and the employee was supposed to check and call us and we were never contacted, when we checked out the office was closed and did not know what to do with our key, we ended up leaving it in the room
