Positives: Overall the place was clean.

Negatives: Our room had mildew in the bathroom and the heater did not work consistently. Asked for services at the front desk told it would be done and it did not happen. Called the front desk to have the room cleaned and the maid only wanted to clean the bathroom and we had to ask several times to get the linens changed. Need to control guests with children and let them know to not let their kids run up and down the hallway disturbing other guests.
