Negatives: We were very disappointed. My husband went to lay down in the bed and it was wet. We pulled down the mattress cover it was wet with urine. Hotel employee said he would give us Hilton points but never did. Left msg with Gen Hotel employee but no call back.

Negatives: The fact that they double booked rooms. Then proceeded to move me to a lesser hotel and rearrange my reservation from 3days/2nights to 1day. Only to let me know the day of my reservation. I could keep going but I rather not. This was a sickening experience.
