We complained about the TV and the lady from front came and tried her best to change and connect/disconnect cables and wires to no avail. We come to Cairo and have been staying here for >10 years. It is now too bad and wont stay here again.

Very poor rooms and property run down. Furnished with very poor, mixed matched furniture. Coffee maker and TV broken and could not use either one. The bathroom and bedding were run down and worn out.

There was an outlet by the bed above the center table that did not work. You could tell the rooms were being remodeled, tape was still left behind. Other than the outlet not working the shower head was very cheap and unadjustable.

Breakfast was not up to par. They had dried up food that looks as if it was cooked weeks ago, and the eggs were runny. They had no tea at all, when we asked they told us that they didnt provide tea anymore.The mattress in the sofa bad was disgusting. The Tub looks as if it wasnt cleant in months. When I went down to the lobby to complain to the manager he got nasty with me tell me so you wait til the next morning to complain. Then when I got upset with him saying that, he threatened to put me out of the hotel.I have video of the whole incident. To top that off, while checking out, I slipped and fell on water a few feet in front of the hotel door . Water that was on the pavement the whole weekend there, from the air conditioning vent. My family asked for an incident report, they told my family that they dont do incident reports. They even tried to clean some of the water up before we got any photos.They even tried to blame me for walking. Trying to say it was my fault that I slipped and fell. They showed no empathy. The hotel manger wouldnt even come to the hotel. All they kept stating was a refund, A refund and Im in PAIN. I still havent received that refund yet. Weve called cooperate and no one has gotten back to us yet. My family called the paramedics while at the hotel room. I ended up going to the ER in my city once we arrived back in town. Im still in pain right now. This Manager and Staff needs to be FIRED!!
